Students may pick a class of weapons to specialize their training in. They learn attack patterns, and defensive techniques. Advanced students may begin full contact sparring. Students must provide their own safety equipment in order to spar. Sparring is similar to HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) Heavy sparring and similar safety equipment is required. Weapons are wood, synthetic, or blunted steel and may include swords, spears, axes, shields, knives, daggers, and more.
