ADULT PK  Adult PK accepts students of all skill levels ages 16 and older. This is a more students driven class, where each athlete can focus their training on specific skills they wish to acquire, or become more proficient with. Adult participants will also benefit from basic physical fitness and strengthening exercises. Ages 16+

Freerunning  Freerunning students learn how to express themselves through body movement, and coordination. Movements include basic to advanced Parkour techniques, dance movements, flow, basic and complex flips, and any other movement that emphasizes the creativity of the Freerunner. Freerunning participants also benefit from basic physical fitness and strengthening exercises.
